During the years that I taught junior high students in an overcrowded school, I used to say (only slightly in jest) that my morning prayer was in 2 Chronicles 20:12—"O our God, will You not judge them? For we have no power against this great multitude that is coming against us; nor do we know what to do, but our eyes are upon You."
When Judah's King Jehoshaphat spoke those words, it was a matter of life and death. As a coalition of armies marched against Jerusalem, the people of Judah gathered to seek God's guidance and help (v.13).
During threatening times of disruption and change, we need to ask, "Lord, what do You want to do with this moment?" And like King Jehoshaphat, we should begin our prayer with praise to our sovereign and powerful Father in heaven (vv.5-9).
God told the king and his people: "Do not be afraid nor dismayed . . . , for the battle is not yours, but God's. Tomorrow go down against them. . . . for the LORD is with you" (vv.15-17).

today is Sunday, after work rush to church , Dance offering today, oh.. so happy
thanks God for the strength and the energy as my balance still ok after the night shift
although a bit stone but still able to dance

saw Ezekiel, my ex coursemate and realise he is same church wif me as I seen him before near my church but dunno is same church, I saw Sok Theng too

then I go home ZZZz.. night time the cases I in charge is difficult,, got changes in GCS of 8/8, HHH therapy, then 8/7 on CRRT
thanks God always send guardian angle around , David help me and voluntary percept me the whole night and thanks God he has no pt so he can help me
, I learnt something on CRRT taught by him,
I learnt to learnt prioritize my work and must do the important things first and time management
I think without him , I cannot go home before 9 am

today after work, I went to Garden Hotel for the retreat with Dr. Seet with my dear sisters
Thanks God for the energy and attention because usually I will feel drowsy after night shift..from 10.45am to 4plus pm, thanks God I can find a sofa and sleep on it for one hour before the meeting.. God know I want a place to sleep and when I wanna to rush back home, I able to get a cab in 5 mins, and able to sleep for 2 hours before I go to work and still have the energy, thanks God for the strength

Today topic talk about Love, I dun know why about this topic again because I dun feel like mention anything like love this kind of issue as will feel something like heartache or wat , I wonder do I still need to continue in the thing that God want me to do?...or I just dun want to care anymore, everything leave to God ?,

work night shift, I can't really have a good sleep
having nightmare, wake up having cold sweat, dream after all
I also can't sleep well because today gonna work with L,she just next to my room, can so call partner, I pray to God, to lead me through these..she definitely will pick my mistakes and" bomb" me... I really very afraid to work with her ... but I will not change night shift or make any changes, because I trust in God , God will lead me through, God know my fear

then night time, I drag my foot to work, heart pumping irregularly.
"eh, David replaced L as L's has family problem so she had changed the night shift with David,'
I really feel relieve and so.. happy although I really pity on her problem ,
God hear my fear and answer my prayer
I nearly cry as I was so touched as I know God know everything of me and know my fear, this type of feeling nobody knows

Taxi driver sharedexperience that he kena kicked by the hyperactive kids that purposely knocked his seat until he almost fly out from the seat, at first he tot somebody knock his car so he want to go down and argue with the car driver behind, then the passenger apologise to him because is his son who bang his seat.. that's y
he bought the rows of pokemon collections, really a lot , little and cute
he very smart to obtain attraction from kids to prevent they do this again or too hyperactive till disturb the driver..
that incident hereally cry along the road he said as the parents now really know wat act safe for their children, even one time warned by another passenger non his business to ask his son to be quiet as he too distracting while the taxi is speeding

The Dream Is Fulfilled

About this cover
After being warned by Daniel about his pride, the Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar was struck with insanity. The Lord restored his mind, but only after he spent 7 years in a field thinking he was a wild animal.

Nebuchadnezzar went from boasting, "Is not this great Babylon, that I have built for . . . the honor of my majesty?" (Dan. 4:30) to a humble prayer: "I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and extol and honor the King of heaven" (v.37). He had repented of prideful empire building.

Bible teacher J. Vernon McGee expressed concern about empire building in the church today. He advised Christian leaders, "Don't try to build a little empire of your church. I started out with that viewpoint, and I had never been more unhappy." He encouraged them to "build into the lives of people" and leave the results to God.

When a church devotes undue energy to statistics, buildings, and programs, pride can enter in and the needs of God's people can be forgotten.

Jesus never forgot the importance of individuals. He invested His time in 12 men (Mark 3:14). Paul discipled Timothy who in turn discipled others (2 Tim. 2:2). God's kingdom grows when we invest in people. —Dennis Fisher

Why is there suffering? You might ask that question when you hear of hurricanes, mudslides, earthquakes, and other disasters taking people's lives. Job asked that question too.

Why is there so much pain in God's world? Consider these reasons:

We can't escape the laws that govern our universe. We need such things as gravity, weather, and fire to survive, but they can lead to tragedy (Matt. 5:45). Fire is good in your stove, but an out-of-control fire can kill.

We are a social race. Our lives are intertwined, so we sometimes suffer when the sin or foolishness of others spreads trouble (1 Cor. 12:26).

Sin brought a curse on the earth and its people. This curse includes disease and death (Gen. 3:15-24).

Suffering awakens compassion. Jesus told us to care for those who suffer in poverty. We are His partners in helping others (Luke 10:33-35).
As Job discovered, God's world is a fallen place. When we see suffering, we can use it as an opportunity to serve God by helping others, to trust Him in spite of the difficulty, and to grow in our faith in Him.

When trouble hits, let our first reaction be to trust the Lord and care for the needs of others. —Dave Branon

Sleeping day but I din sleep, Thanks God the three night are not heavy 2GW and 1 "sayang"
feel like doing something really din do
so pick up camera meet Siew Hui and do all the photo shooting
went to takashimaya... know Melissa, make up artist.. whoo.. happy to know her that also interested in make up thingy.. and expert in doing the bridal or photo make up..
Well, thanks God for knowing her, as all along I want to ask something regards this
then went around shooting pic..
seeing the statue ,feeling funny .. so have a funny idea,especially seeing some ppl taking photo on it... thanks Siew Hui.. haha

sleep sleep , actually not feeling well, not enough rest.. but still not feeling well, I guess too tired ready

On May 2, 2003, my daughter Melissa's high school paid her a great honor by dedicating its new athletic field in her memory. At the ceremony to mark the opening of the Melissa Branon Memorial Softball Field, the school unveiled a stone marker to remind future generations of the girl who wore number 11.
On that marker is etched: "Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love" (Eph. 4:2 NIV)—a verse Melissa had marked in her Bible.
So often in life, the words humble and gentle don't seem to belong. Instead, the words pride and harshness mark the way success is measured. Yet Melissa and her friends were able to compete successfully in high school athletics without displaying either of those characteristics.
One of Melissa's teammates wrote of her: "The way you never backed down, always kept going, and never gave up totally inspired me." That's how she and her teammates played for God's glory—without arrogance.
Competition, handled properly, can have its place in our lives. But we should always remember to be humble and gentle in everything we do. We must reflect the characteristics of a Christlike life. —Dave Branon—Dave Branon-->

Tues, went for course regards performance appraisal thingy

9.00am-5.30pm long hours, talk to Antony, haha our opinion is same

feel sad and embarrased onli me from this place plus others from other place failed the test because not study enough
was being asked why , I din answer because I din study much..feel sorry to dissappointed sis Tan, she so nice..
Ok, I will study hard and try my best
but recently I feel not well and still busy
big decision need to be made in investment.. must work hard for it too

at library , draw a plan .. must reach the target I set for untill the end of this month first

work afternoon RM 6
can't get up early because I not feeling well
sorethroat since last night shift till now, plus the weather is so hazy
I dun care le, due to tightness of the injection schedule and dun wan chase by ppl
so I took the flu Jab by an old nurse at the counter, very skillful and very friendly
starting not so pain , then afterthat feel muscle ache.. Kelly ar.. purposely tab my injection site.. ouch..
busy that day not as busy as Sunday, thanks for Min wai help a lot
Yesterday was not happy with the case that transfer out with the complaint of monitor thingy, I feel guity that mentioned w. n name but have to because is difficulty to deal with, but thanks God , everything can be settle easily and I think W. n aready made the clarification to sis
But from this incident I learnt that mdc decision is final, cannot to act because of situation or emotion, mdc will bear the responsibilities

"Can you measure me today?" Caleb, our paperboy, asked.
It was not the first time he had made that request. A few years ago I had mentioned to him how tall he was getting. Since then, we've often measured his height on the siding of our house. After all this time, he still wants me to measure him.
Measurements can be indicators of growth. And it's a good idea to measure our spiritual growth. For instance: Do I spend time reading God's Word and talking with Him each day? Do I look forward to fellowshiping with the Lord? What "fruit of the Spirit" is apparent in my life? Do I talk about Jesus with people who don't know Him? How am I using my spiritual gift or gifts? Do I have a generous and giving spirit? How much better do I know God today than I did a year ago? These questions are good indicators of spiritual growth.
A child seems to grow up all of a sudden, but it's actually a continual process. Just as Jesus grew in both wisdom and stature, we as believers are to continue to "grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ" (2 Peter 3:18). We are no longer to be children, but to "grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ" (Eph. 4:14-15). Have you measured yourself lately? —Cindy Hess Kasper—Cindy Hess Kasper-->
